Why start a blog? I feel like I'm in a transitional period in my life. I've put in two decades building my family and my career, but in the past month have completely turned it all upside down as I quit my full time job of teaching art to dedicate myself to homeschooling my children. This has been a huge blessing to our family, but (as with all things that are really worth doing) it has come with its own set of challenges. I often find myself in moments of reflection and would like to share my journey with others in hopes that it may encourage the reader to take a step back, prioritize, and search for the peace and joy that can be found meditating on God, nature, and family.
